     School of Agricultural Training and Research

The School of Agriculture was established in 1999 after detailed planning and study. The project is the result of a pressing social need in rural India. On the one hand most of the educated rural youth leave the villages and seek employment in the cities, on the other hand, the economics, the seeds, the environment and all other factors that affect agriculture have significantly changed. There is an urgent need to develop trained manpower that will work in the farms. To fulfill this need, the school has been established.

 We are involved with the design of  i) The State Horticulture Policy, ii) The contract farming policy and iii) Developing of Agro-Export Zones & Food Processing Technology parks.
